Afroditi Stathi has 23 years of strategy, communications, sustainability and philanthropy experience.

London School of Economics Graduate and US German Marshall Memorial Leadership Fellow, has worked in senior positions of companies such as Kantar Added Value Strategic Marketing, TBWA Advertising Agency, Cream Advertising Agency, V+O Communications and as the Executive Director of ELIZA Society against Abused Children.

She has particular experience in creating initiatives that tackle challenges that affect social areas such as health, environment, family and education. She has a unique ability to coordinate and help establish cooperation amongst the state functions, the non-profit organizations and the private sector.

She is passionate about understanding the drivers of human behavior and applies her understanding to helping businesses grow and connect customers around common purpose.

Afroditi advises companies and non-governmental organizations to develop and communicate their purpose through the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) framework. Since 2017, she has been a trainer of the Social Dynamo Program, an initiative of the Bodossakis Foundation, having shared her knowledge and experience with more than 200 NGOs on key topics such as communication strategy, corporate social responsibility, fundraising strategy and development of innovative programs.
